Grilled Striped Bass
- Place Striped Bass fillet, dark meat side down, on a piece of tin foil
- Put pats of butter on the fillet
- Sprinkle fillet with salt, black pepper, and basil to taste
- Place the fillet and tin foil on the grill
- Cover the gas grill and cook on medium high setting for 25 minutes
- Do not turn the fillet
- Flake off the dark meat with a fork prior to eating
* For a Cajun flair, replace the salt, black pepper, and basil with Cajun spices *
